Some products take a little longer to Produce. If you’re in a rush, we will always strive to meet your deadlines but will need to consider the best option of delivery depending on your location and delivery time.

To ensure we meet your tight deadline please call us on 1800 812 691 for a quote on your urgent freight requirements. If your enquiry is out of office hours contact us and we will be in touch with you the morning of the following business day.

We’ve had reports of slow deliveries to certain places in Australia. If you’re concerned we always recommend contacting us to discuss a more expedited, trackable shipping method to ensure timely delivery.

If you picked trackable shipping, your local delivery agent may require a signature. If you work during the day, it’s best to have your order delivered to your work address to avoid any problems.

By default, we do ship whole orders together. If there are any delays or some products take longer to print or engrave, we might split it up (but we’ll keep it to a minimum). If it’s because of our own production scheduling that any orders have split shipping, no extra shipping fees applied.

However, we can split orders and send to various locations on your behalf. Our production team ensure strict quality control to send your goods to the different locations you require. Please contact us in advance for a quote if you require multiple-destination shipping.

We’ve got a range of options for delivery, but free delivery isn’t something we offer. You can generate a quote in seconds prior to checkout.

We offer Free Local Pickup from 17/93 Rivergate Place.

 

We rely on the local mail services, so we dispatch from our warehouses every weekday, Monday to Friday (also known as ‘business days’ or ‘working days’).

Yes. Collection is available from 17/93 Rivergate Place.

When you order a product from our online Trophy Shop, you can select “Free Local Pickup” from the shipping options prior to checkout.

 

Yes. If your organisation has security protocols for delivery, please provide contact details of your security or reception personnel, so we can notify you upon despatch.

If you need the goods delivered to a convention centre, hotel or exhibition hall, please provide the name and address of the venue, as well as a contact person that will be on site during business hours to receive your goods.

Yes. All Master Engraving orders show up in your My Account / Orders page, and we email you to notify you  if your order is on hold, being processed, or has been shipped.

If you selected trackable shipping, we’ll email you a tracking number and link when your cards have been shipped. You can use this to keep a close eye on your order in transit.

Yes. We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. If you selected trackable shipping, we’ll provide a tracking number and link to the carriers website.

Some customers choosing trackable delivery will receive text messages from the courier when their item is out for delivery. Whilst this option is not yet available for all customers, everyone ordering a physical product from Master Engraving will receive a dispatch email when your order leaves our premises.

The tracking information and other updates on the status of your order are also available in “Your Account”.

We can send through Express Post, Couriers Please, Fastways, TNT or Australian Air Express. Sometimes this is only a small extra fee.

We will need to know your full order quantity, delivery location and ‘to your door’ deadline to provide a specific quote for your requirements.

Alternatively we can send ‘freight on’ via your own freight company; simply provide your account number and their contact details with your order.
